15-minute demo. We pull a sample of your live copy and grade it against your stated brand voice. Most teams find out their copy is 40% off-brand.
[02] The method
01
Drop in your last 6 months of emails, ads, social posts, web copy. Wildgrade reverse-engineers your actual tone of voice — not the one in the brand book nobody reads.
02
See the chaos. Where contractors went rogue. Which channels drift most. The phrases your brand keeps accidentally borrowing from competitors. It's uncomfortable. That's the point.
03
Plug Wildgrade into Slack, Notion, Google Docs, Figma. Anyone writing anything gets live tone-of-voice feedback before it goes out. The brand book finally does something.
[03] What it does
Feed it any volume of past copy. Wildgrade builds a fingerprint — sentence rhythm, adjective density, lexicon, taboos, the works.
Browser extension + Slack bot + API. Anything anyone writes gets a tone score in real time. Off-brand copy gets caught before it ships.
Share a Wildgrade brand with your agency or contractor. They get the same live grading. You get a weekly report on who's drifting and where.
Need a headline / launch email / ad set / support reply? Wildgrade writes it in your voice. Not generic AI mush. Yours.

[04] Questions
feed it 30 to 50 of your best assets — web copy, the last 6 emails you sent, a deck or two — and you've got a voice profile in under an hour. give it a quarter of trained-up corrections and it gets indistinguishable from your senior copywriter. most teams stop second-guessing it inside a fortnight.
yes. native quality in english, dutch, german, french, spanish, italian, portuguese, polish, and japanese (still in beta — be gentle). brands working in 2+ languages get extra love: it learns each language as a separate voice profile and flags drift between them, so your dutch site doesn't accidentally read warmer than your english one.
that's the whole point of the thing. one voice profile feeds web, email, social, ads, sales decks, packaging copy, support macros, all of it. drift gets flagged on every export with the offending phrases shown side-by-side against the brand canon — so your social agency can't quietly invent a separate voice on instagram while nobody's looking.
notion (deepest integration), figma (text layers, including auto-layout), webflow + framer + wordpress for cms push, google docs, slack as a briefing channel, microsoft 365, and your DAM via API. zapier handles whatever else you've got. we ship new integrations every couple of weeks — tell us what's missing and it's probably already on the roadmap.
first-class feature, not an afterthought. wildgrade lets you ladder voice profiles: master brand → product line → individual product. each level can override the parent or inherit from it, attribute by attribute (lexicon, tone, formality, taboos). especially handy for parent companies running 4+ sub-brands without hiring 4 separate copy chiefs.
[05] One last thing
15 minutes. We'll grade your live website, last campaign, and your most recent contractor brief. You'll either see the chaos in your own copy or laugh us out of the room. Both are useful outcomes.
